Our Founder
Jackie Tate is a community advocate, creative entrepreneur, and the visionary founder behind
Urban Hearts Foundation. Since 2018, she has been actively involved in community service efforts focused on uplifting individuals and families through outreach, care initiatives, and creative engagement. Her work has always centered on meeting real needs with compassion, dignity, and intention.
With a strong background in building brands, organizing initiatives, and connecting people to resources, Jackie is excited to pour her skills, experience, and heart into
Urban Hearts Foundation. She created the organization to serve as a bridge between compassion and action—providing meaningful programs, community care, and opportunities for others to give back.
Jackie believes wholeheartedly that this work is part of her calling and life’s purpose. Guided by faith and a deep love for people, she is committed to building a foundation that not only serves communities but inspires others to lead with empathy, generosity, and purpose.
